It really is the best meal of the day, and the most important. |
Breakfast. It's the meal that kick-starts your day. It gets your metabolism started. Here are some breakfast ideas:
1.The Fruity Start...
- Different types of fruit, cut up into wedges.
- An Activia yoghurt.
- A nice cup of tea or coffee.
2. The Bran New Start...
- A 35g bowl of branflakes with milk from your milk allowance, fruit optional. (But banana, strawbs or rasbs on top are lovely.)
3. The Poacher's Start...
- Poached, boiled or fried eggs. (You choose how many.)
- Tinned tomatoes.
- Grilled mushrooms.
- Baked beans.
- Frylite baked potatoes.
- One slice of brown toast.
