It really is the best meal of the day, and the most important.

Breakfast. It's the meal that kick-starts your day. It gets your metabolism started. Here are some breakfast ideas:

1.The Fruity Start...
  • Different types of fruit, cut up into wedges.
  • An Activia yoghurt.
  • A nice cup of tea or coffee.
2. The Bran New Start...
  • A 35g bowl of branflakes with milk from your milk allowance, fruit optional. (But banana, strawbs or rasbs on top are lovely.)
3. The Poacher's Start...
  • Poached, boiled or fried eggs. (You choose how many.)
  • Tinned tomatoes.
  • Grilled mushrooms.
  • Baked beans.
  • Frylite baked potatoes.
  • One slice of brown toast.
It's a weekend breakfast.
